GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • The current minimum booking price typically varies from $1000 - $1500, plus HST, regardless of the guest count. This ensures our costs of running the truck for a full service event including propane, fuel, staff and supplies are covered.

    We require a 25% deposit in order to hold your date which is paid at time of booking. The remainder of the fee is due by the day of the event. 

  • The truck booking includes full service with friendly staff, set-up, tear-down,  garbage removal and travel within London, ON and the local area. 

  • As long as we know by the menu planning stage we are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions such as gluten free, plant based/vegan and dairy free. We have many menu items that are loved by kids of all ages! Just let us know well in advance so we can meet your needs. 

  • You can count on us to generally stay for 2-4 hours for catering service, but the time is also event-dependent and flexible.

  • The truck is approximately 30 feet long, 10 feet wide and 14 feet high. 

  • Rain or shine we can provide exceptional service.

  • We do offer private in home dining - typically during the months of November to March when the food truck is not in operation. For more information about our in home chef’s table experience, please email us for details.

  • We accept E transfer, cheque, cash. Credit card payment is available however there is a service fee of 3%.

  • Our service area is London, Ontario and immediate surrounding areas.

  • We usually run the food truck seasonally - from March to typically October. We do book a few events in November and December, but typically cut back on truck bookings and focus more on the Field to Fork private in home catering.

  • The best way to try our food is to come out to one of our local community events which we promote through social media and via our events section of this website. Follow us on our Facebook and on Instagram to follow along.

WEDDING QUESTIONS

  • Average prices based on 50 guests for cocktail hour appies and dinner ranges from $50  to $100 per guest.  Other fees apply such as travel, eco-friendly plateware, equipment rental, and 20% gratuity are additional. 

  • We do not rent dishware but we can supply eco friendly palm leaf plateware and utensils for an added fee.

  • Although we don’t book a formal tasting, we invite you to let us know you are interested so we can arrange you to try our food at other local and community events. 

  • We are happy to feed your vendor staff - please let us know in advance and provide us with the numbers so we can be sure to be prepared. 

  • No, we do not but we can offer recommendations for you.

PRIVATE & CORPORATE EVENT QUESTIONS

  • Lunch hour, special events such as staff and customer appreciation, & holiday parties. 

  • Depending on the style we can work together with the contact person to pre order employee meals from a set menu - this is especially helpful when you are on a limited break schedule and time is limited. 

    Also, you should ensure there is a good parking spot with enough space and guests are close enough to reach the truck without having to carry food far. Also, depending on the weather considering guests may need space to eat indoors or we can arrange for a tent rental when available.
